Join us for a bush walk through Whites Hill Reserve. We have two walks per month and we always welcome of new walkers!
Second Sunday of each month
- 8-10am from April onwards. (7-9am in hotter months).
- Meet near the kids playground, opposite the football shed. Entry via Boundary Rd.
This walk is still regularly called ‘Pat’s Walk for Pleasure’. Pat was hosting this walk for 20 years. It’s followed by morning tea so we’d love it if you could RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or Heather 0410 840 343. But if you don’t get to RSVP because it’s a last minute decision to come along – don’t worry, just turn up – we always have enough to share.
Next walks: Sun 9 July 8-10am, Sun 13 August 8-10am.
Fourth Sunday of each month
- Always 8am-9am.
- Meet at reserve entrance near corner of Jones Rd and Kildare St, Carina.
Just an hour and no morning tea afterwards. So there’s no need to RSVP.
Next walks: Sun 24 June 8am-9am, Sun 23 July 8am-9am.
Wear: a hat, sunscreen and insect repellent
If you’re bringing your dog with you please always keep it on a lead, pick up after it and ensure it stays to the path.
We regularly see koalas on these walks. Don’t worry about your fitness level, we walk slowly and regularly stop to view our lovely surrounds.
