Low grasses, groundcovers only. With small display shrub.
Species list: Mini Lomandra hystrix, Lomandra multiflora, Cyparis mini, Yellow Buttons. Scaevola sp., Myoporum parvifolium ‘Pink Form’.
Turf: Zeon Zoysia (turf developed for harsh Texan environment) side by side plots with different watering regimes – early morning and early evening.
